From the initial stages to its completion, your team consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of construction regulations and compliance standards. The meticulous planning and adherence to building codes were evident in every aspect of the project. As a building inspector, it is refreshing to work with a design & build company that prioritises not only creativity and innovation but also places a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.
I’m very pleased to have had SPDB build my kitchen/utility extension and garden room, as well as undertaking external works, including driveway and garden paving. Tim has coordinated his team, liaising with other trades and managing the complete project in the face of multiple difficulties from Covid, Brexit, etc. His approach to the work is always thoughtful, paying careful attention to both the ‘grand plan’ and the finer detail.
I would highly recommend both Tim and his team at SPD and would most definitely use them again should I ever have the need to do so. Tim’s brief was to erect and clad a 120 square metre SIPS panel extension.I’m enormously happy with the quality of Tim’s work, his attention to detail is second to none and the finished result is impeccable.
